I received an email on 2/29/2024 today informing me about my free Drop Cam replacement. When I click on the link on either email, I get directed to the website to buy a Drop Cam and on the checkout page, I'm being charged $107.7...

4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

Same story here. I received my email on Feb 29th, clicked through the link for the free replacement. A valid credit card was required and now that account has been charged. How can I get a refund? Thanks.

I was charged for free nestcam replacement offer as well. The links you provided do not reflect anything relevant.

I recieved the same email for free nestcam wired replacement for older nest aware camera. Upon checkout I was charged $106.99.

Promotion NOT applied at checkout. How do I get refunded?
