Nest doorbell battery- no audio on Android

Has there been a fix by google on this matter? I continue to not have audio via android. I tried speaking with a rep for a replacement, given google KNOWS of the issue and was advised that there isny anything they "google" can do. I swaped out for an older version but havent seen any updates on resolution.

We are still actively investigating audio issues on certain Android devices. While there is no news at the moment regarding an update that could fix it entirely for all android devices and all firmware versions, my recommendation would be to fill out this contact us form.
