Frozen account setup

After confirming the address and clicking Done on the map page, the web page froze. How can I activate it or can I close it?

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry to hear if you're having trouble about your account setup. To better understand this, are you referring to the website of https://goo.gle/2qjvVSU? or are you setting up your account through the Nest App or Google Home App? if so, have you tried to reinstall the App?
