- Check if you’re signed in to the right account in the Google Home app.
- Open the Home app .
- On the home screen, tap the profile icon in the top right corner to confirm whether you’re signed in to the right account. If not, tap the account name to switch accounts or add another account.
- Turn off and on all notification settings in the Home app.
- Turn off all notification settings in the Home app.
- Check for any iOS system updates on your mobile device.
- Uninstall the Google Home app.
- Restart the phone or tablet.
- Reinstall the Google Home app.
- Sign in and turn all notification settings back on.
- Check the app’s permissions.
- Go to the iOS settings.
- Look for the Home app .
- Select Notifications.
- Ensure that the toggle is on.
- If you still aren’t receiving notifications, download the Home app on another device (if available), sign in using the right account, and check if you can receive notifications.
