Nest Doorbell Battery offline

Hi

My Nest Doorbell Battery has gone offline. Resetting it hasn't fixed it - I get live video during setup but once I mount it the live feed won't come up.

Is there a widespread issue?

As of now, there is no reported Nest outage that’s affecting the Nest cameras and doorbells.
