Getting Nestcam alerts when home, even though it is set to not send

I'm getting person alerts when I am not home, but my wife is and our home/away setting is set to home.  My notification settings are set for "Away-only" notifications.  My expectation is that I will not receive these alerts since there is someone home.   Is there any way to fix this so I don't get flooded with unnecessary alerts?

Hello,  I have heard this before from other users on this forum and I think I know the answer.   The problem is your physical address is not set for the GMAIL account you are using for the GOOGLE HOME App.   Try following these directions and see if it fixes the problem....

Let me know if that works

Thank you for the quick reply. I think you may be correct, because my home address in my profile is set to my other residence.  I actually split my time between two locations, both of which have Nest cams and I'd like the alerts to work properly at both.  There doesn't seem to be a way to add a second home address, though I did already have my second residence (the one with the alerts issue) as an "other" address.

Do you think there is any way to get it working with a two residence scenario?

I'm pretty sure there is no way to manage 2 addresses.   Inside the Google Home app under the "Settings" you will find a FEEDBACK option.  There you can make a request to Google for this feature and it goes right to the developers.  That being said I know that many requests have been made from folks on this forum over the last 2+ years and many of them have never shown up.  For what ever reason Google is very very slow at giving this product attention.
