Google 30M Outdoor Cam Power Supply

I was just told that the 30 Meter Outdoor Cam Cable ONLY has a 15 day Warranty period

CAN THAT BE TRUE?

We have the 10 meter (32.8 ft.) Nest Cam (battery) Weatherproof Cable for our camera. The "Safety, Warranty & Regulatory Guide for Google Nest Cam Weatherproof Cable" booklet that came with the cable says the "Limited Warranty period" for this cable is "one year for new Google Products".IMG_4925.jpgIMG_4924.jpg

I am so sorry to hear that you had a poor experience regarding your cord! I am afraid that we cannot assist you forward here in the Nest Community Forums as we do not process replacements. I would suggest that you reach out to Support again to see what they can do for you.

After I got off the phone and felt there was no way for me to get a replacement, I trashed the old useless power supply, no not sure if I have any recourse at this time.
But no, I have not seen any response.
