Hi There,
I have recently purchased a Google Gen2 Doorbell (wired version) and purchased a UK transformer (3 pin plug) to power it. I now find its not working due to the transformer not providing enough power (I purchased the 240V/18v ~ 500mA version that was recommended on Amazon).
Google specifies a 16-24 VAC, 10-40 VA.
Can somebody point me to a UK 3 pin plug transformer that will power this doorbell please. I'm looking at the 24V transformers but can only see 500mA.
Would appreciate some insight and help.
thanks

Hi HaithamR,
Thank you for reaching out to the community. I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Nest doorbell's 2nd generation trying to connect the transformer, but it is not providing sufficient electricity, but don't worry; help is here.
The Nest Doorbell 2nd Generation is not compatible in the UK. I understand this is not the answer you were expecting and we are always trying to improve the Google experience with you. You can check the countries are compatible with Nest doorbells. Please refer to this article: Check Nest doorbell compatibility.
If you have more questions, please feel free to write in this post.
Regards,
