Google Home app and Camera support is the worst!!!

The latest on this subject is that the support contact stopped responding when I followed up on getting my $s back on the 2 cameras that did NOT work and he specifically provided detailed instructions on how to return them which I did and they acknowledged they were received a week ago...

Worse, he is now playing semantics with the word "warranty"; "yes it is under warranty but not that kind of warranty!"  DUH!!!
I agree with the comment by Fraa Bronze...

Note:  My conclusion is that the Google cameras are not compatible with the Google Home app.  They all disconnect or fail or battery charge error constantly!!!

The 2 original Google Cameras AND the 2 replacement Google Cameras will NOT stay connected to the Google Home app and Google Support refuse to return my wasted $s!!!  Anyone want to buy them???
I'm still hoping to find 2 of the original 'Nest' cameras as the 5 I already had work fine with the old Nest app...

I suspect something is really wrong with the google/nest back-end. I also have various camera's, most are working fine but the doorbell (wired) keeps going offline randomly.

I tried to tell them that also.  I performed dozens of tests they asked for and sent them screenshots of results.  They could not figure it out and they gave up, then I gave up, but I'm still stuck with 2 Google cameras that will NOT stay connected to Google Home and they will not refund my original $s.  
My original Nest cameras work fine with the original Nest app so it cannot be at my end!!!
Dealing with Google support has been a nightmare!!!

Oooh Google support stopped responding? How surprising. Compatibility of Google and Nest camera's is non existent. The Google Home app is way worse than the Nest app. Google Home website is even worse.
If I weren't as lazy as I am, I would ditch all Google and Nest products and replace them all by Eufy doorbell and camera's.
Screw Google, their apps their lack of compatibility and support.

@BramNL, to know more about this issue, what troubleshooting steps have you done so far? Are you getting any error messages? How far is your Nest Doorbell from your Wi-Fi router? Looking forward to your response.

This is typical for this community thread as if you had read my posts you would know the issue is NOT with the "Nest Doorbell" so I will not waste my time responding further. And I see no indication of a "case ID" in any of my posts???

I have given up on the new Google version of Nest cameras and the Google Home app.  Still looking for some of the original Nest cameras to add to the 5 I already have and are woking fine...
Anyone selling any of them?
