Google Needs to do better

It's already been clearly communicated that the new Google Security cameras do NOT work with the Google Nest App... only with the Google Home app.

My post is to emphasis that Google needs, and can, do better!   You have some of the worlds smartest folks working at Google and these "solutions" you are coming out with are just terrible.  Sadly, Google purchased an amazing company...Nest... with an amazing user interface ... and now messed it up with inconstant  product integrations.  

The Google Home app, IMHO, has a very disappointing user experience ... a terrible User Interface.  While you seem to be distancing yoursleves from one of the best user interfaces I've seen... the Nest app!

You can do better Google! 😞

Wholeheartedly agree. We have nothing but problems with our cameras now that we are forced to use the Google Home app. The app feels like it was auto generated with AI or something without regard for user experience. Nest was lightyears better.

I understand how frustrating it can be to transition between the Nest app UI and the Google Home UI. We strive to make the best app to simplify the use of your smart home devices.

If you have any other comments, you can use this form to bring any other suggestions that you might have to light. So we can implement functions that might've been lost in transition process.
