Has anybody been successful in receiving a refund for a Nest Aware Plus subscription? I moved right after my subscription renewed and I no longer need the subscription. I was unaware of the move before the renewal. Now I’m 2 months in to the 12 month subscription.
I spoke with customer support and they were very poor to deal with and basically said screw you. No remorse. Money is flushed down the drain. I am blown away in the times we live in that customer service like this still exists! Sirius XM is better nowadays than google.
