Google Nest Cam (battery) No live video

I have a Nest Cam (battery) connected to a power source. I cannot connect to the camera through the home app to view the live stream. I also have the Nest Aware subscription with 24/7 recording. The camera is otherwise connected to the internet and is uploading all the events and video correctly with no gaps at all. But I can't access the live feed or even setup activity zones on it (because you need live view to setup zones). I have a pixel 6, a google nest hub (2nd Gen) as well. Can't see the live feed through the nest hub either.

Sorry to hear about that. Let's get this sorted out. Are you getting any messages when trying to view your live feed? If so, could you send us a screenshot of what you’re seeing in the app so we can check? Also, when did this start happening?

Don't know when exactly it started happening, but I do remember it working initially. Recently I wanted to add an activity zone that's when I realized I couldn't.

I am sorry to hear that it is not allowing you to add an Activity Zone. Do you happen to have an active Nest Aware subscription? Have you also tried to restart the device? Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Yeah I still do need assistance as the issue hasn't been fixed. I have an active nest aware subscription.
