Google Nest Cam setup

Just installed the Nest Cam outdoor. I am not receiving any motion notification on my iPhone. do you have to have a subscription and how do I get one?

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be. I would love to help you find a solution to this issue. 

• Do you still need help with this issue?

• Motion Notifications do not have to do with your Nest Aware subscription. But I would suggest checking out your settings under notifications, and check to see that your Motion Detection is giving you notifications.
