Google Nest Doorbell (Battery Model) is no longer mounting.  This seems to be a known with this model, Google Nest Doorbell (Battery Model) is no longer mounting.   Any suggestion on my next steps?

No worries, JT.  Based on my research, this seems to be a known issue with this product.  I worked with support and they decided to send me a replacement (defective product was shipped yesterday).
