I have a Nest account with an outside camera and subscribe to store recorded videos. I purchased a Google Nest Doorbell Video (Battery). It is not recognized on the Nest App, but works on Google Home app. It sends notifications of movement and doorbell activity but does not record and save. Help!

Your battery doorbell is a 2nd gen Google Nest doorbell. Do you have a 2nd gen Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription, which apply to all 1st gen and 2nd gen Google Nest cameras and doorbells in the same Google Nest "home/structure", or do you have a 1st gen Nest Aware subscription, which applies to specific 1st gen cameras and doorbells only?
