Hello.
Here’s what happened:
1. The initial doorbell was glowing blue I heard the startup chime and I was going through the setup process
2. I made it to the installation screen (light switched from blue to yellow) until I got a message that said “something went wrong” (WiFi is strong and working)
3. Disconnected the wires to the doorbell to “restart” the device. The device continued to glow yellow
4. Reconnected the wires and tried tried multiple times to hard reset with the button on the back.
5. Device didn't make any chime. Still pulsing yellow.
Please help 😞

A pulsing yellow status light on the 2nd gen doorbell indicates "Insufficient power" (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9268073?hl=en&sjid=13542083730377367642-NC#zippy=%2Cgoo...).
Does your doorbell transformer meet Google Nest's qualifications (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/12153643?hl=en&sjid=13542083730377367642-NC)?
