Hi there,
Our Google Nest Doorbell randomly fell from its mount during the day.
I had remounted the doorbell, after charging the device, as I have done multiple times. However a number of days later I arrived home to find the doorbell face down on our front porch.
the doorbell is now no longer working and the camera lens is cracked.
Is it possible to get a replacement?

I'm just another Google Nest customer who has seen several posts about the same thing in this forum. You could try contacting Support (https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp) about a replacement.
