Google Nest Outdoor Cord

Is it possible for the Nest Cam Outdoor cord to be replaced?  I've had mine for several years, and the cord is dryrotting.  I'm frustrated by this since the device is meant to be outdoors, but now is damaged and wires are exposed. 

If so, how would I go about ordering a replacement cord?
