Switched my home Wi-Fi company from Comcast to T-mobile Google home still recognizes camera but can’t get it to connect to new Wi-Fi. What do I do? I don’t have Comcast anymore

@Steve034

When you switch Wi-Fi settings, you have to update the Wi-Fi settings on your Google Nest cameras and other devices. However, for many cameras, Google Nest does not provide a way to update the settings. So Google Nest's first recommendation is to set the network name (SSID) and password on your new router/modem to the same values used on your old router/modem. That's what we did when we got a new router/modem and we didn't have to update anything.

If you cannot do that, then see the link below to see if you can update the settings on your camera.

If you cannot update the camera's settings, then the general process is to do a factory reset of your camera and reinstall it.
