nest reset password link

Anyone out there can clearly state why nest app reset password email links are not being sent? i have tried numerous times to receive a reset password email but nothing. Please do not send me a response with a link to the how to reset password site. this is not the issue..the issue is that no emails are being sent.

Hey there,

Got it — thanks for checking. Uninstall and reinstall your Nest app, choose “Sign in with Nest” then click the forgot password link. Check your inbox, spam and trash mail.
