Google Nest cam - 500 error

Up until last Thursday (Jan. 4), I was able to view my Nest Cam Live View through my Google Chrome browser on my laptop. On Friday, I tried logging in to Google Home, but am taken to a page that reads "500. That's an error." I contacted tech support and we updated Chrome and tried a few other things, with no positive results. The same holds true this morning. I can log in to Live View on Microsoft Edge, but not the Chrome browser. Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this? Thank you.

Hmmmm,  I'm not sure what is going on.  Can you as a test try it on another computer just to see if the problem is inside the computer or something external like with the Google Servers?

Off hand it sounds like the usual culprits like CLEAR all your cache in browser and delete COOKIES.

Another thing you can try as a test is go into the CHROME Browser and then open up a NEW INCOGNITO WINDOW but clicking on FILE in the upper left corner of your compute screen and selecting NEW INCOGNITO WINDOW.  The go to the HOME.NEST.COM web page and log in with your credentials and see if it works.

Let me know if any of this helps.

Thank you for the suggestions. The New Incognito Window idea worked, but I'm not sure what that means for logging in on Chrome the regular way.

This happens to me every now and then on my iMac running Safari.  And I don't know the exact cause but it has something to do with a cookie or one of the ADD-ONs you may have installed or maybe an add-blocker or something.  Have you tried re-starting your computer?  that usually clears out a lot of stuff.   But what I believe this does show that it isn't a problem with the Google website at their end.
