How can I set up my app so that I don't have to log in each time (stay logged in?)

I know it’s been a while, and I thank you for reaching out to us. 

Have you tried to check if your account is also being logged out from another device you have? Could be another phone, computer, tablet, etc. Also, do you have someone else in the house that has access to your phone that might log out of your account from the app?
