I need to connect my Nest Doorbell to a new Wifi network. The doorbell is plugged in to an outlet and is not connected to a doorbell chime inside my house which I assume is what they refer to as a "wired doorbell". None of the online help available had my exact issue and I went in circles several times without finding a solution.
I have removed the doorbell from the app because that was one of the steps to follow and now I need to add it back but when I do, the Nest app only gives me the option to add a wired doorbell which I don't have.
Why does Google not have an online chat r phone number for help? Very frustrating.

I managed to reset the doorbell which you have to do to add it back as a device- I had misread the reset instructions which are to press the pinhole on the back of the doorbell and the doorbell button at the same time for 10 secs. (there are three different pinholes on my Nest Doorbell and I was pressing the wrong one) .Once reset, I was able to add my doorbell back to app.
