Google cameras slow to respond

I have 16 Google Nest cameras. When I used the Nest app they were fine. Now that I converted to Google Home they are awful! So much so that I am considering moving everything to Ring!!  I’m looking for solutions. I have 2 TB Internet with 1 TB uploads so it’s not slow!!  My WiFi is WIFI 7 Orbi’s.

We still have not transferred any of our 1st gen Google Nest cameras and doorbells from the Google Nest app to the "Public Preview" version of the Google Home app. The app has been in beta ("Public Preview") mode for over 2 years, and still lacks many Nest app features (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/13038234#zippy=%2Cnest-app-only-features).

• Do the 16 Nest cameras are getting the slow connection? 
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
  
• What is the status of the led lights on your Nest cameras? 
• Have you already tried to use another phone or the Google Home website? 
• Do the 16 Nest cameras are under the same home structure?
