Google doorbell camera not charging

I had my camera about a month or so now maybe had to charge it twice. Today it said the camera battery was low so like normal I unmounted and put it on the charger and it wont charge. I tried different usb cables / different cabke boxes , different outlets etc nothing. When I go in app wont show its charging just shows battery percent at 7. Whats going on? This is a camera thats in an apartment so never outside no weather isssues etc

Nevermind I did a reset on the camera by pushing the little hole on the back in for 5 secs it reset now its charging. Very weird
