For what it's worth, and due to the fact an "expert" closed the thread, my facial recognition announcements on the doorbell has basically started working by itself 6 months after install. No settings changed, nothing done to the device, but now the hub announces who is at the door when previously it always said "someone is at the door", whether they were recognised or not
Thought I'd make this post as a few of us UK users had the same issue, and the Google experts said it wasn't available in UK. Well it is now, I've heard it with my own ears so something has changed.
