Google home crashed on set up

I’m setting up a new camera in a different house and it keeps crashing at the end of setup. I already removed the app and reinstalled

I have this exact same issue.  It seems that the Google Home app crashes when trying to setup a Google Nest Camera.  I've done the re-install drill.  Have the problem on both my iPhone and iPad - same exact problem.  I think the problem is pretty simple -- the iOS app crashes when trying to setup a camera.  My suspicion is that it's a bug in the iOS version of the Home App.  Given that the Google Home app is the only way to access the Nest Cameras - if the app doesn't work - the camera doesn't work.  Which - for me - means return my new Google Nest equipment and buy the Apple-approved product instead.  Seems like Google is risking losing a very large addressable market with this problem.
