I am trying to set up and the doorbell is not flashing blue. I tried totally deleting the home app and reinstalled. Still not working.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community and for sharing with us what you've done. Try resetting your Nest Doorbell to the factory default. Remember that after the reset, all of your recorded events will get removed. If this is a first time installation, you may go ahead and add it to your app but if it's a re-installation, remove your Nest Doorbell before adding it back.
