Google nest battery doorbell

Hi there,

Has the doorbell set up without issues for 4 months then suddenly stopped working (no feed).

I stupidly removed it from Home to see if re-adding would fix... now can't reconnect.

The main problem is I cant factory reset. I hold hold the reset button in but for up to 20 seconds and nothing happens. The white light comes on at 5 seconds but never factory resets. Have tried this with wifi off to no avail. Stumped.

Any idea how to factory reset - if I remove the back and disconnect the battery would this work?

I’m sorry for the trouble this has caused you. Let me help you out. Have you tried removing the Nest doorbell battery, then connecting it to the charger before doing a factory reset? Here is a link on how to restart or factory reset your Nest camera or doorbell.
