Google nest doorbell battery cannot connect to WiFi

Google nest doorbell battery version. First time connection, won’t connect to WiFi. After connecting to assisting device, it says cannot connect assisting device. I tried this a dozen times, done everything right. Tried restarting router, resetting the doorbell. All won’t work. I have no issue connecting google nest hub 2nd generation, and 3 nest protects. Only experiencing issue with doorbell.

Hmmmm,  how about this:  Make sure you are on the newest version of the app you are using.  Do this by going to the APP STORE and searching for your app and see if it says "UPDATE".
