Hi Team,

Recently purchased google nest doorbell battery and mounted to front  wall, it was working fine for 2 weeks, later it fell off from the mount and lens is broken, really not happy with the design of the mounting bracket, very poor design. Will really appreciate if google can support in replacing the lens, not used more than a month

Hi Team,

They asked me to check with local vendor ie JB Hi-Fi, so JB Hi-Fi said they will reach google for replacement approval as it is physical damage.

Thanks,

MGitta
