I am having problems connecting to members, in this case EmersonB. My return messages have been rejected.

You don't reply to email notifications from this forum. Rather, you go to the post or thread in this forum, make sure you are logged onto the forum by clicking on the blue profile icon in the upper right corner, and then clicking "Reply" on the post you want to respond to. That's what I did to post this reply.

I've been attempting to contact / receive a response from moderators such as @emersonb@ &@Lance_L in my thread for several weeks, but the messages are ignored.

It's disappointing that Google Support also ignore their warranty obligations and make it incredibly difficult for customers in the Australian Continent.

I had an excellent experience with EmersonB and Google support. Actually, I had initially a problem of communicating because I was trying to reply on email notification instead connecting to the Board by clicking on the message title in blue...
