Google nest doorbell notifications not working

Hi,

I installed a google nest doorbell last week. All my notifications are enabled. However, I'm not getting any notifications. However, my wife's phone is receiving notifications from the start. Is it only supposed to send notifications to one device?

Hello,  You should get the notifications on both devices.   Was this ever working and it just stopped working?

It never worked. I installed the device a few weeks ago and from the start I was not getting any notifications even though the notifications are enabled.

Hmmm, I'm not sure what is going on.  I suggest opening an official support ticket which will let  you speak win an actual Google Tech person.   Once you get this running please return here and let us know how it got fix.  Here is the link to open the ticket.  Once you answer the questions you will be given the chance to do 'chat' or a 'phone call.
