So my Google nest camera was saying offline so I tried charging it and reinstalling to frame. I decided to remove it from home and do a factory reset. But when holding the reset button I never get a yellow light or audible noise for the reset chime. It just has a solid green light with the full lit doorbell switch ,and after like 45 seconds it just turns off and does it again. I try to added it back to home I never get the blue light either. Please help

Do you feel contact with the reset pin when you press it down? You'll need to use an unfolded paperclip or thumbtack to reach it as it's recessed inside the housing.
This is what should happen:

I’m having the exact same issue…Doorbell has been working fine for 6 months…went offline and now I can’t do anything. It’s like it fried itself or bricked itself in the middle of a update???

Never ended up fixing this, after a long conversation with tech support they are sending me a replacement.
