Google nest doorbell wired 2nd gen

I just installed the wired doorbell. It works fine. But my router is clearly too far away for the live stream to not constantly buffer. Unfortunately I can’t move my router/modem. I also have the nest yale lock, which required the purchase of a nest connect. That is near my front door where this new doorbell is. Is there a way to connect the Nest Connect to the doorbell to extend the Wi-Fi range? This doorbell will not load to the Nest app, which I have learned is normal. TIA

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this, as I can imagine it has been an inconvenience. I would love to look into this further for you. I am afraid the Nest Connect is only usable by the Yale Lock in your setup. I am afraid I cannot suggest anything else besides moving your router or connection closer to your doorbell.
