Google nest doorbell

Been trying to get a fix from Google since 2020. I have the Samsung watch 4 and still no screen shot of the doorbell comes through. I'm not getting into sw bla bla bla. Running Android for years have had multiple phones and watches since and no go. Can confirm works perfect on apple watch. But not on android. Can someone at Google headquarters not fix this problem? Your telling me not one employee at Google does not have the doorbell and an android watch to use as a test bed and solve? I have to check my cell on every notification I bought a watch to do that. This all srarted when we had to integrate from Google to nest. I wish I had not.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I fully understand the frustration behind a bit of a lack of functionality for other Android smartwatches. I know that there are sometimes issues with WearOS for some devices but I will take your feedback and send it forward.
