I have tried everything. I've checked notifications on my home app and on phone and everything is allowed. I've restarted the cam and my phone with no luck. I don't use battery saving mode, so that's not the issue. I've even reinstalled the cam to my Google home network, still nothing. The last thing I did was remove and re-add myself to the home app with no results. IM AT MY WITS END HERE. WHAT DO I DO?????

If you did receive notifications on your old phone, then the problem has to be with your new phone. Are you sure that the notifications for Home are enabled on your phone in your notification settings?

Ive checked EVERYTHING. I googled the issue and followed what I found with no luck.

I am sorry you had to go through this, I am at a similar issue where my newly purchased nest doorbell wont send live video notification on my nest hub---crazy because that is the whole purpose why one buys these products. I am so frustrated---and yes tried every single thing to troubleshoot with no luck. Please let me know if your issue was resolved. Thank you!

The notifications started working out of nowhere. I started turning everything on and off and eventually, it worked.
