Nest IQ base will not unscrew from camera to access rest button, please help.

Hi all! 

I am trying to access the rest button on my Nest IQ, it is located at the base of the camera but my camera is stuck to the mount with the two nails sticking out, I can not seem to unscrew it. Any help would be appreciated!

I'm so sorry to hear that your Nest Cam IQ is stuck to the mount, and this is causing difficulties in finding the reset button. No worries; I'm here to help!
