Google next outdoor camera battery problems

I purchase 5 googless cameras to indoor I'm 3 outdoor the 3 outdoor battery's running down so fast. The good night seems to appear and selection recognize. When they're charge R not charge, how can you help me??

Thanks for posting on the community page. I'm sorry to hear that the battery of your Nest camera is draining too fast and that it won't charge when placed in the charger. Don't worry, let's work together to get this fixed. To help me with that, I have a few questions:

  • Are you able to check your Nest camera battery feed?
  • What is the status light when you place it in the charger? To check it, please visit the next article: Nest camera and doorbell lights and sounds
  • Did you receive any notification from the Google Home app?
  • Have you noticed or experienced any power outages recently?
  • Have you checked and cleaned the power connectors?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?
