Google product experts in social media ?? &Direction <-> v^

What is best social media to interact with Google employees/mgmt for Nest app and for Google Home? or is there one?


So I started in automation with X10 and then later Dropcam (Nest -> Google) in early 1990s.

I now have switched more to Wyze (20 cams, etc.) due to lack of direction from Google on Google Home and Nest app. 
Wyze has their own forum and also X. Facebook, Reddit & Discord.  Their product managers show up at times as do their founders/mgmt team. They have audio, video and text chats with groups of interested customers. They also have chat & phone support. They have senior volunteers as well as product experts in their various platforms. And they are a fairly small company compared to Google …

What is best social media to interact with Google employees/mgmt for Nest app and for Google Home? or is there one?

If Google provides more context on their product direction, I will buy more, but it is hard to do so when there is no indication there is a future for us with Our purchases.

For me, and perhaps others, it would help if there were quarterly updates/newsletter on Google Home & Nest app even if the content is nothing new currently.
