Google will be abandoned by all since you ditched your end users?

Google Home app does not have the "Enhance" feature of the Google Nest app; hence the cameras cannot no longer be set to remain zoomed. It's one of several features that are lacking for the newer Google Nest cameras.

That being said, why was this removed by Google?

That being asked, does Google understand that this looks bad enough along with the changes to google display devices to no longer function for recipe searches to display recipes instead we now get "I DONT KNOW BUT .." in response, that these changes are bad enough to push us completely from being 100% google household to 0% of our devices going forward will be purchased from Google.

That being asked does Google think by taking away features users use every day for years that it will make customers stay loyal to their brand? Please escalate to the president of your department for me.

We have already given up on your Brand, your browser, your camera software, your displays, and now your Brand entirely as trade in our Pixel phones to avoid the same thing happening there.

We have lost faith in the brand, is there any plan on making Google great again?

I am an end user as well and I sadly agree with everything you are saying here.  Google has destroyed the NEST camera products that many of us purchased years ago when it was designed and control by NEST.

I was still using the dropcam’s flawlessly till they killed the cameras april 8th,  Google home sucks and the fact they killed the nest app makes me want to go to Ring or any other brand. Home app is complicated and horrible user interface.  Sick of having something I’m used to that works fine only to get forced into using something else

Why did you guys brick the gen 1 doorbells. Mine connects to my wifi after reset for 5 mins then goes offline forever. Reset same thing... This is obviously a software issue or a firmware you guys pushed and it hasn't been adressed. There are tons of people complaining about it on Reddit and nothing has been done. Everything I have is Google but I will be swapping to ring and Samsung since your company is incompetent
