I just had a newborn, and invested entirely on google products to give me a wide range of access to security products such as the camera system and doorbell system. I have both 1st gen, 2nd gen and 4th gen products and all of which have multiple errors/issues. When you research for troubleshooting, the best thing you can possibly find is "Uninstall/reinstall or Restart" and those are PAID verified 'community specialists' i.e. BRAD who just copy and pastes the same response "Sorry for the late response, do you still need help?" followed by "Thread locked, thank you for your feedback".
Sure I didnt list the actual problem I'm having but if you have these products and you are in this thread, you know what problems they are. "Camera feed unavilable at this time" and Camera just stops entirely but then speeds up after 5 minutes, I dont want to know that my baby has been moving in his crib for the last 5 minutes, I want to know right away that there is movement. Notifications from the doorbell are terrible and slow and buggy. None of these products are of good value. If you own one of these products please go and review them from where you purchased them such as amazon/best buy to warn others about how defective these products truly are. I will be removing all google products from my home and replacing with another product entirely.
