HQ Outdoor camera stopped working.

I read a few strings but I didn’t find a next step after an unsuccessful factory reset.  I transferred the camera to another camera power source and tried the factory reset again.  Nothing. No lights at all.

Is there a viable next step? 

I hate to toss a $300 camera without trying to fix it first.

Please advise.

I tried other usb-c power sources.  The issue seems to be that the camera is not getting any power. I just need to have it evaluated and don’t know where to turn.  For an expensive camera like the outdoor smart camera, I would think it can be evaluated for repair or replacement.
