Hello.... I purchased the Nest Cam "battery" two pack early last week. After mounting one of the cameras I discovered that the box only had one wall mount. Last week I contacted support and was told they'd send a replacement. Earlier today I checked the status (1-5333000031888) and learned that the case was cancelled. I then sent another 30 minutes with support today and was told that I should receive a response in 5 days. Not impressed with Google! I am considering returning the cameras.
