Hate the Google Plans

This is BS...I pay 45.00 to nest but don't have my 24 hour recordings anymore due to merging with Google (due to purchase of a 2nd gen camera). They say "our plan is only 12.99"... maybe, but you only get live and still shots of "events". I hate it!!! My Nest account was awesome. However, I am still getting charged 45.00 because for some reason I am unable to cancel my 45.00 a month service????? So, I am paying 45.00 for crappy still shots and a live feed. 🤬🤬🤬

We are happy with our Nest Aware Plus subscription ($120/year), which covers ALL of our cameras and doorbells.

Perhaps you could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to get your Nest Aware subscriptions merged or cancelled and credited appropriately. They say you "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware experts on the Nest customer care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
