Have lost all hope

I recently had a new router, trying to reconnect my doorbell, nest protection and thermostat, I have lost connection to all three, nest will not accept my user name and password. If I factory reset them all, to a new account, will I loose my years subscription to the nest video on my doorbell. I cannot think of any other way around it, I just wish there were someone I could physically talk to. Thank You

Hello,  I'm an end user like you.   If you change your router by far the easiest and most painless way to have gotten back online would have been to name the new router and password exactly the same as the old one. That way everything would have come right back up.

However here are the instruction for what to do if you change routers.

If you still can't get it to work then you can open a support ticket and be able to speak with someone.  Here is the link for that.  If you do this then be prepared for about 1+ hours to be on the phone with them as there are a number of trouble shooting steps involved.

Thank you for your answer, it occurred to me several days later to change my new password etc to my old one, the items I had not touched all came back online, except for the nest items I had been playing withIm away for a few days now, when I get back I will try a support ticket. Many thanks for your help

Glad to help and good that things are moving in a positive direction.  Yes, Google Nest cams just hate switching over to new WIFI.   It has been an ongoing problem for about 3 years now.  It must not be a simple for Google to fix it.
