Hi! Just over the last couple of days, my live streaming and activity history clips is not working properly? When I click on a clip, it shows it for a couple of seconds, then turns my screen black, like wanting to turn off my phone? I am using the APP when I am at work, and at home. When I use the live feed, it often turns up saying camera is not available? Any ideas? Is there a new upgraded APP, or what is happening with this? Please help! It is very frustrating, especially that I am paying for this service!

Are you using the GOOGLE HOME app or the NEST App? And if you are on an iPhone you can check for an update by going to the APP store and search for the app. The scroll down until you see the app and SELECT it. If there is an update available you will see UPDATE instead of OPEN.

I am using the GOOGLE HOME APP. And I have checked the app store for an update, and nothing there? Any ideas what's causing these issues?

Hmmmm, i'm running out of ideas. Can you try it on another phone (family or friend) and see if it is a problem with just your phone or not?
I suggest your next step might be to open an official support ticket and speak with an actual Google Nest tech person. here is the link. After you answer the questions you will be able speak with someone. Be ready to spend maybe an hour or so as they typically need to do the basic trouble shooting steps first.
