Hello migrated, no themes?

When is Google going to bring all the features e.g. Themes to the Home app?

I have two Hello's Gen1.

One migrated one still on Nest.

Nest app still provides themes for this festive season, the other seems to provide the most basic functions.

(Also scanning the QR code when trying to add a new Hello G1 to Google Home also doesn't function).

Gen2 hardwired isn't available in UK.

Thanks.

We are NOT using the beta "Public Preview" version of the Google Home app (available since October 2022)  or "transferring" any of our 1st gen cameras or doorbells because there are still too many Nest app functions that are still missing in the Google Home app (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/13038234#zippy=%2Cnest-app-only-features).

However, judging from posts in this forum and Google Nest Help topics, I don't think a new 1st gen Google Nest Hello Doorbell can be installed directly in the Google Home app, and there are reports in this forum from customers who have "transferred" their Nest Hello Doorbell from the Google Nest app to the beta "Public Preview" version of the Google Home app, and then have had difficulty trying to reinstall it there if they had to remove the doorbell (due to an updated Wi-Fi, for example).

Very interesting.

I'm using the public preview and regret migrating.

Since the migration my original Hello (that has worked flawlessly) it started reporting extreme temperature and shutting off (Its 6-10c).

So I've purchased another Hello and was forced to configure via nest App. Needless to say it won't be migrated.

It's supposedly possible to "transfer" 1st gen cameras and doorbells BACK to the Google Nest app (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/13038234?sjid=1353579365616655310-NC#zippy=%2Cgo-back-t...).

We live in Minnesota and are on our fifth Minnesota winter with our 3 Google Nest Hello Doorbells (and other cameras), and have never received an extreme temperature warning, much less have any of them shut off. It was -10 degrees Fahrenheit a few days ago, and all three doorbells were still "Live". Shutting off at 6-10 degrees Celsius (42-50 degrees Fahrenheit) would make the doorbells useless in much of North America.
