Hi can anybody help me? I am moving house and need to cancel my Nest Subscription as leaving the camera in situ for new owners. I never did merge my Nest with Google and am baffled as to how to cancel my subscription. I seem to be going round in circles and getting absolutely know where.

I'm not sure how this works if you haven't migrated to a Google Account.
If you go to the home.nest.com website and click on your photo in the upper right corner and select Settings, and then go to Nest Aware and select "Manage subscription", are you able to cancel your subscription?
If not, you could try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

You will also want to go into the Google Nest app and remove your camera, and then do a factory reset (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162) on your camera.
