Help please on doorbell

Hi all I purchased a nest doorbell, I already had two nest hubs, I hooked everything up and it all works, sort of.

I can see clearly on my two iPhones and one of the nest hubs the coloured vision of the doorbell on those items, however, the nest hub in the kitchen, only shows night vision?

 

How do I make it so it functions the same way as the other nest hub, which goes to night mode during the night and day mode during the day

I am honestly not a pro with the Nest Hub, so I do not know how to help you with those changes. Are you viewing that hub at night? That is when the Night vision would be on. If not, where is this camera located? Are all of your nest hubs showing the feed from the same camera? Please provide some additional information so we can find a solution for you.

Have you seen any changes at all? Have any attempts to restart or factory reset the devices worked for you? If you haven't tried any of those steps yet, I would try them. Most of the time a restart does the trick. Please let me know if you still need further assistance.
